1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By using Rachanakriti Publishing’s services or website, authors, clients, and users agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
1.2 Rachanakriti Publishing may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.


2. Manuscript Submission

2.1 Authors confirm that submitted manuscripts are original and do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
2.2 Rachanakriti Publishing reserves the right to decline manuscripts that do not meet quality, ethical, or editorial standards.
2.3 Authors are solely responsible for any third-party claims regarding their submissions.


3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Authors retain copyright to their works.
3.2 By submitting a manuscript, authors grant Rachanakriti Publishing an exclusive license to publish, distribute, and market the work in physical, digital, and audio formats during the term of the contract.
3.3 No reproduction, distribution, or derivative use of published works is allowed without explicit permission from Rachanakriti Publishing.


4. Editorial Process

4.1 Rachanakriti Publishing may edit manuscripts for clarity, grammar, style, and readability without altering the author’s intent.
4.2 Significant changes affecting meaning or content will be discussed with the author for approval.


5. Royalties and Payments

5.1 Royalty rates, payment schedules, and currency will be detailed in individual author contracts.
5.2 Payments will be made according to the agreed terms in the contract.


6. Publication and Distribution

6.1 Rachanakriti Publishing will make reasonable efforts to publish and distribute works promptly.
6.2 Distribution channels may include print, e-books, audiobooks, and emerging formats as determined by the publisher.
6.3 While we aim for timely publication, timelines may vary based on production, market conditions, or author responsiveness.


7. Termination of Agreement

7.1 Either party may terminate a publishing agreement in writing, following the terms outlined in the contract.
7.2 Termination does not affect rights or obligations incurred prior to the effective termination date.


8. Confidentiality

8.1 All submitted manuscripts and proprietary information will be treated with strict confidentiality.
8.2 Authors agree not to disclose confidential information about the editorial or publishing process without written consent.
8.3 Both parties are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business or creative information.


9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Rachanakriti Publishing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9.2 While we strive to support every author, we cannot guarantee commercial success or specific sales outcomes.


10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

10.1 These terms are governed by the laws of Rajasthan, India.
10.2 Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved through arbitration in Jaipur, in accordance with the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.
