2.1 Authors submitting manuscripts to Rachanakriti Publishing assert that the work is original and does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
2.2 Rachanakiriti Publishing reserves the right to decline manuscripts that do not meet quality standards or violate ethical guidelines.
3. Intellectual Property:
3.1 Authors retain copyright to their works. By submitting a manuscript, authors grant Rachanakiriti Publishing the exclusive right to publish and distribute the work.
3.2 Any use or reproduction of published works without explicit permission from Rachanakiriti Publishing is strictly prohibited.
4. Editorial Process:

8.1 Rachanakiriti Publishing will treat all submitted manuscripts and proprietary information with utmost confidentiality.
8.2 Authors agree not to disclose confidential information about the editorial process without explicit consent.
9. Governing Law:
9.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rajasthan/India.
9.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.
