Rachana Kulshrestha, is a seasoned, multi-faceted professional and with diverse expertise backed by two decades long career span in corporate and social sector. She has a couple of poetry books, and 20+ anthologies to her credit as an awarded author and 6 anthologies as an editor. As a shamanic practitioner, a reiki grand master-teacher, a startup mentor, a mental health & spiritual therapist and a research scholar, Rachana traces her journey back to a humble beginning. A small town girl found riches in reading books and engaging with people from different walks of life, which further fueled her thirst for knowledge and skills.
Despite her achievements and expertise, Rachana remains a child at heart yet an awakened soul. Rachana’s journey is a testament to her unwavering passion for learning, creativity, self-expression and constructive collaboration with a vision for self-growth & growth for fellow humans, creating a community of authors with entrepreneurial streaks.

Deepanshu Gupta, the founder of Writersgram Publication, is an author, a screenwriter, a poet, entrepreneur and a business coach. A thriving publishing enterprise that began as a humble personal writing space in 2015, Writersgram and Deepanshu’s journey has been one filled with passion, perseverance and the unwavering belief that everyone has a story worth telling. Deepanshu has worked with over 5,000 writers and published over a 1,000 books. Today, Writersgram group has graduated into an empowering platform where words come to life, writers transform into successful authors and find new horizons in their respective journeys. Associating with Rachanakriti Publishing is Deepanshu’s early steps into mentorship, a new voyage where he aims to build an informed generation having similar entrepreneurial blood.

Shubha Sagar
Executive Editor (English)
Shubha Sagar is a veteran editor, conceptualiser and compiler holding a rich experience with several publishing houses. An educator, counsellor, author, poet, Reiki Master and Tarot Reader, Shubha currently resides in Bangalore. A Postgraduate in ‘Zoology’ and ‘Psychotherapy & Counselling’, she has taught biology most part of her career. She headed an International school and was Cambridge (IGCSE) Head in another International School over the last one decade. She is an awarded professional for her contributions in the English language, throughout her career span of twenty-five plus years. Shubha is a poet soul with an occasional indulgence in stories and anecdotes. As a writer she has contributed to over three dozen anthologies and has written a few solo books till date. She owes her passion for writing to her parents and wonderful teachers. As an editor Shubha has conceptualised and delivered over a dozen books that are available online.

जितेन्द्र देव पाण्डेय ‘विद्यार्थी’ कवि, अभिनेता, पत्रकार समाजसेवी। मध्य प्रदेश के सिंगरौली जिले के ग्राम पड़री (रमपुरवा) में जन्म। माता- श्रीमती सोनमती, पिता- श्री सुग्रीव देव पाण्डेय। प्राथमिक शिक्षा गाँव में ही। दसवीं तथा बारहवीं कक्षा की पढ़ाई पास के गोरबी नामक कस्बे से। उच्च शिक्षा सीधी जिले के संजय गाँधी स्मृति महाविद्यालय, सीधी से स्नातक (बी. एस. सी.) तदुपरान्त हिन्दी साहित्य से परास्नातक (एम. ए.)। इसके पश्चात् माखनलाल चतुर्वेदी राष्ट्रिय पत्रकारिता एवं संचार विश्वविद्यालय, भोपाल से पत्रकारिता विधा में द्वितीय परास्नातक (एम. जे.) किया। वर्तमान में पीरामल फाउन्डेशन में कार्यक्रम प्रबन्धक का कार्य एवं गृह नगर सीधी में स्वयं की नाट्य संस्था रंगदूत में रंगमंच में सक्रिय। इसके पूर्व 2004 से सीधी जिले के एक एकता नाट्य समूह के साथ कई नाटकों में अभिनेता के रूप में, तथा वर्ष 2008 से 2011 तक भारत के जाने-माने रंग निर्देशक अलखनंदन के निर्देशन में अभिनय। इसके अतिरिक्त वर्ष 2010 में दैनिक नई दुनिया भोपाल तथा सीएनईबी टीवी चैनल में बतौर प्रशिक्षु रहे। अपने ब्लॉग ‘जीवन समर’ पर नियमित काव्य लेखन।

A proactive problem solver for all the digital design, tech, marketing & business complexities, Manas brings 20+ years of diverse on-ground experience from domains like outsourcing, travel, nonprofits, events, collections and administration on the table. You cannot depart from him without noticing his wit and his agility to pick on small details. Well versed in English, Hindi & Sindhi but his real language is the language of understanding. He thrives on a strong belief in the universe. Working with him would mean optimised solutions, objective productivity and lots of fun.
Shruti Sharma
Design Artist
Shruti Sharma, an electrical engineer and a graphics designer with an unmatchable understanding of characterization and a remarkable knack to convert it into a piece of art. Shruti lives in Baroda with her family. Her quest to build a life on her own terms took her from Aligarh, her hometown to Mumbai and then to Gurgaon. Voracious reader, Shruti, loves photography, music, drawing, picking up new skills and travelling. Shruti’s aesthetic sense has given life to Rachana’s first book (as editor) I Am Not Enough to Know and designed the logo of Rachanakriti Publishing.
